1. From Viewer to Co-Artist

Timelessness.online was created as a dynamic framework. As a bidder, you become an artist yourself: through your bid, you transform the artwork. Bids can be placed here every day from 12:00 PM (noon) Vienna time (CET/CEST) until 09:00 AM the following morning.

2. Live Presence & How Timelessness Works

To claim today’s top spot and participate in the artwork:
 

1. Bid: Submit the highest bid of the day (in USD).
    

2. Sign & Pay: Follow the link sent to your email to sign the Participation Agreement and complete your payment via secure Stripe checkout.
    

3. Go Live: Display your name right here — with future expansion across partner spaces, from museums to cultural venues. Optionally, enhance your entry with a logo, link, or QR code.
    

• Display Time: Your entry is guaranteed to be displayed live for at least 23 hours and 55 minutes (from 12:00 PM (noon) Vienna time (CET/CEST) to 11:55 AM the following day). The remaining 5-minute window is reserved for technical sync and updating the display for the next daily cycle.
   

• Timelessness as a Goal: If no higher bid is placed during the next bidding period, your entry remains visible indefinitely. At this moment, the core idea of the artwork is fulfilled: the number stops changing and becomes timeless.
  
   

3. The Sustainable Impact of Your Bid

Your participation creates a lasting impact far beyond the live display. Proceeds from winning bids are allocated across three core areas:
 

• Institutional & Cultural Support: Delivers direct revenue share to partner institutions — from museums to cultural venues — empowering them to pursue their public missions and artistic independence.
   

• Health, Longevity & Education: Funds scientific research, meta-studies, and educational programs designed to make actionable longevity knowledge accessible and help people lead longer, more fulfilling lives.
   

• Platform Development & Operations: Covers the essential technical operations, maintenance, and continuous evolution of Timelessness.online.
  
   

4. Permanent Archiving & Binding Terms
 

• The Timeless Register: Even if your contribution is later surpassed by a higher bid, it does not disappear. It remains permanently preserved as a fixed, historical component of the artwork in our archive on Timelessness.online.
   

• Binding Nature of Bids: Every accepted bid irrevocably writes the history of this live artwork in real time. All bids are final and non-refundable — because true history cannot be undone.
